Robin Pooley

Robin Pooley has a diverse background in business intelligence and SQL development. They most recently worked as a Business Intelligence Developer at Microgaming since December 2018. Prior to that, Robin held the position of Senior Business Intelligence Developer at Derivco from February 2017 to December 2018, and also served as a Business Intelligence Developer at Derivco from April 2016 to January 2017. Robin's experience in SQL development includes roles as an SQL Developer at Crickmay from December 2014 to April 2016, and as a Business Intelligence Developer at Capital Outsourcing Group from January 2013 to November 2014. Additionally, Robin worked as a Business Intelligence Consultant at Insight Consulting from April 2012 to December 2012. Robin's early career also includes working as an SQL Developer at The Unlimited from August 2009 to February 2012, as a Business Intelligence Developer at Osiris Trading from January 2008 to July 2009, and as a Team Lead at TMP Worldwide in 2003.

Robin Pooley has a diverse education history. In 1991, they completed their Matric degree at Parktown Boys' High School. Following this, from 1996 to 1999, Robin pursued a N.Dip IT degree at Technikon Witwatersrand. After a significant gap, in 2011, they enrolled in the University of KwaZulu-Natal for an MBA degree program with a focus on Information Technology, which they completed in 2013.

In 2016, Robin expanded their knowledge by completing a Professional Program Certificate in Data Science through Microsoft. They further enhanced their skills in Data Analysis by obtaining the Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate certification in March 2021.

Looking ahead, Robin Pooley has plans to pursue a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from The Open University, beginning in 2022.
