Susan Gladding

Susan Gladding serves as the Director of Development at Fowler Packing Company since April 2021 and has been the President of Gavin Gladding Foundation, Inc. since June 2019. With extensive experience in renewable energy project development, Susan previously held senior roles at Clearway Energy Group and NRG Energy, focusing on utility-scale projects across the U.S. At SolarReserve, Susan successfully led the development of over 1GW of solar energy projects, including El Salvador’s first utility-scale solar project. Earlier roles included Senior Planner at Provost & Pritchard Consulting Group and Entitlement Manager at Quad Knopf, where project management and environmental compliance were key responsibilities. Susan's academic credentials include a BA in Environmental Studies and a GIS certificate from the University of Pittsburgh.
