Working with some of North America's top CEO's in business, helping them to amplify their impact.I love helping Entrepreneurs and business leaders accelerate and amplify the impact they make in the lives of those they employ, their community, and beyond.

While understanding the mechanics of business and the need for good strategy will always be important, I’m exponentially more curious about human behaviour and decisions and actions people make. All behaviour is explainable - not the same thing as justifiable - and when we can understand what’s driving behaviour, we can use that knowledge for a force of good.

Through coaching, training, facilitating retreats [pre-covid], and speaking, I share tools, resources, options, and personal experiences that help others stay true to their cause, values, and exercise the courage to serve others in a more impactful way.
