Most high achievers look good on paper. Inside, they’re running on fumes. We fix that.

At &FOX High Performance Coaching, we help leaders align success with fulfillment and build resilience that lasts. Not theory. A science-backed framework. Habits that hold under pressure. Results that last.

You don’t just get one perspective here - you get two proven operators.
Jennifer Dempsey Fox brings decades as an executive, professor, and board leader, guiding high-performing teams and advising top decision-makers through complex challenges.

David Fox draws from his time training Special Forces medics and serving on a Search & Rescue team, where clarity and courage aren’t optional-they’re survival.

Together, we built a program powered by that unique mix: leadership strategy fused with battlefield-level resilience and search-and-rescue precision. Alignment and grit. Structure and pressure-tested calm.
Coaching that holds when life gets real.

Clients gain:
Clarity on what matters - and what to drop
Energy and confidence you can sustain
Calm under pressure; presence with people
Productivity without burnout and alignment across work and life

We serve:
Gen X professionals - executives, lawyers, physicians, entrepreneurs, consultants - who’ve done everything “right” yet know there’s another gear. Smart, skeptical, and done with fluff - they want a real edge.

Programs:
High Performance Life – 1:1 coaching
High Performance Cohort – small groups of 5–12
High Performance Academy – subscription group coaching
High Performance 12 – self-paced course

We use the High Performance Institute methodology, then tailor it to your reality. Structure + accountability. Research + lived experience.

Why it matters:
The best in the world - executives, athletes, elite teams - use coaching to accelerate growth. It’s not about fixing what’s broken. It’s about unlocking your best.
