Fox River Partners is a private investment group founded in 1993 by Joe Ritchie and Keith Dickson.

The founders have over 20 years experience investing in off the run/esoteric investments. Some of the areas in which the firm has invested are listed below:
- Environmental Mitigation
- Water Rights
- Oil Services
- Commercial Real Estate

The firm strongly believes that the further you move away from highly competitive traditional market places the greater the available return; it is for this reason that the firm has focused on off the run/esoteric investing.

The firm prides itself on the relationships it has built with it¡¦s operating partners over the years. We are opportunistic capital partners who move quickly and are unconstrained by institutional mandates.

Investments Size: $1,000,000 -$20,000,0000

The firm has historically made two types of investments:
- Needle in a Haystack: Situational Factors create an opportunity to profit irrespective of market fundamentals.
- Tide goes in, Tide goes out: Market fundamentals create capital voids where uncertainty leads to opportunity.
