Sean Sheward has held a variety of roles in the engineering, education, and retail industries. In 2016, they worked as a Cashier for Randalls Food Market. In 2017, they were an Audio Visual Technician for Lone Star Audio Visual Professionals (formerly Nerdy Co) and a Vehicle Dynamics Engineer for Longhorn Racing Electric. In 2019, they became an Instructor for the American Robotics Academy, teaching groups of up to 8 elementary aged children programming using Lego EV3 and RobotC. In 2021, they joined TEKsystems as a Contract Deployment Engineer. Currently, they are a Robotics Field Service Engineer II and Deployment Operator for Fox Robotics.
Sean Sheward obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin in 2020. Sean also obtained a Machine Shop Certification from The University of Texas at Austin in August 2016.
