Emma Bailey is currently the Partner and Head of Tax and Incentives at Fox Williams LLP, where they advise a diverse clientele on a wide range of tax matters, including corporate restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, and employee incentive arrangements. Previously, Emma held the position of Counsel at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer from 1997 to 2010 and completed a training contract as a Trainee Solicitor at CMS Cameron McKenna from 1995 to 1997. Emma earned a 2:1 degree in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from Keble College, Oxford, and completed the Legal Practice Course with Distinction at the College of Law, Chester.
