Dory Lobel is an accomplished music professional with extensive experience in music direction, production, and management across various high-profile projects. Currently serving as the Musical Director and Lead Guitarist for NBCUniversal's "The Voice," Dory also plays a significant role in music production for "The Masked Singer" at Fox Corporation. As the Owner of Music House LA and Founder of Rockers Academy, Dory contributes to the music community while maintaining a diverse portfolio that includes roles as Production Manager, Musical Director, Composer, and more for artists such as Jesse McCartney, Hilary Duff, and Tori Kelly. Dory’s academic credentials include an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration & Management from The Open University of Israel, complemented by specialized training in Guitar Technology from the Musicians Institute.
