Eric Komar

Eric Komar is an experienced real estate professional with a robust background in master planning and development. Currently serving as Vice President at Fox Corporation since September 2018, Eric has held multiple roles within the company, including Director and Senior Manager of Real Estate. Prior to this, Eric managed real estate at the Sacramento Regional Transit District, achieving significant milestones in property dispositions and joint developments. Eric’s career also includes a role as Real Estate Administrator at 21st Century Fox and a consulting position focused on real estate asset strategies. Earlier experience includes serving as Real Estate & Development Coordinator at the University of Delaware, overseeing strategic initiatives and negotiations on the university campus. Eric holds degrees from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and the University of Delaware.
