Penélope U. currently serves as an Associate in Broadcast Standards & Practices at Fox Corporation, starting in December 2023. Previously, Penélope held key roles at WEBTOON, including Lead of Content, Localization, and Operations, where responsibilities included building the Latin American function, launching original content platforms, and developing localized content strategies. Penélope's experience also encompasses positions at AltaMed Health Services, where management of content localization and marketing strategies took place, along with roles in digital marketing and project management at companies such as Persado and MasterWord Services. Education includes a B.B.A. in International Business from Instituto Politécnico Nacional, and further studies at Yale School of Management.
