Tim Najera

Tim Najera serves as Vice President of Corporate Development at Fox Corporation since June 2022. Prior experience includes significant roles at Morgan Stanley, where Tim held titles such as Executive Director, Vice President of Investment Banking in Mergers & Acquisitions, and Investment Banking Associate from July 2017 to June 2022. Prior to Morgan Stanley, Tim worked as an Investment Banking Associate at Houlihan Lokey and held various associate positions at prominent firms, including Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP, and Pircher, Nichols & Meeks. Tim's educational background includes an MBA and a JD from UCLA, as well as a BA in Business Economics with a minor in Accounting from UCLA.
