Ben Chu has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Ben started their career as a Manager at A.T. Kearney in 1995 and later became the Manager of Strategic Planning at Eaton. In 1999, they joined GE Lighting as a Business Development Manager. Ben then worked as the NPI Manager at Caspian Networks in 2000 and as the Strategic Alliance Manager at Tachyon Semiconductor in 2001. From 2001 to 2004, they served as a Senior Manager at 2ndEdison Inc. In 2004, they joined HP as the Technical Marketing and Support Business Lead, where they played a key role in the marketing and product development of the HP 441. In 2005, they became the Business Unit Manager at Jabil, and in 2007, they took on the role of Director of Global Business Management at Foxconn.

Ben Chu completed their BA in Political Economy at the University of California, Berkeley from 1986 to 1989. Ben then pursued an MBA at the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business, which they completed from 1993 to 1995.
