Bob Wolf

Bob Wolf is an experienced engineer specializing in research and development with a focus on optical technologies and telecommunications. Currently serving as a Research and Development Engineer at Broadcom since October 2019, Bob is involved in failure mode analysis and optical engine test development. Prior experience includes holding the position of R&D Manager at Foxconn, where management of a team focused on developing processes for high-speed applications in the 40G, 100G, and 400G space. Bob's extensive background also includes managerial roles at Avago Technologies and CyOptics, emphasizing product development of advanced laser technologies and hybrid transmitters. Notable early career roles included product development at T-Networks and JDSU, as well as a long tenure at AT&T and Lucent Technologies, where expertise was gained in high-volume packaging processes.
