Disha Jain

Disha Jain is a results-driven HR professional with hands-on experience in talent acquisition, payroll, contract labor hiring, vendor coordination, and induction training. Currently serving as a Human Resources Executive at Foxconn, Disha conducts induction training for a large number of employees and manages various HR processes, including vendor management and payroll. Disha previously completed internships and field work in the HR sector and holds a Master of Social Work degree with a focus on Human Resources Development from Sri Dharmasthala Manjunatheshwara College. Eager to expand across all HR functions, Disha is committed to continuous learning and aims to grow into a well-rounded HR leader.
