Eric Chang

Eric Chang is an accomplished data science professional with extensive experience in leading data-driven projects across various organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Data Science at Foxconn, Eric focuses on developing LLM applications and facilitating their adoption within business units. Previously, as a Data Scientist at Foxconn, Eric played a key role in enhancing product quality through NLP models, significantly reducing data consolidation time. Prior experience includes serving as a Data Product Manager at Cathay Financial Holdings, where Eric developed an AI Stock app that leveraged user behavior to predict trading interests. Eric also held positions at ByteDance as a Product Operation Manager, improving content classification accuracy, and at Sohu.com as a Project Manager, where Eric analyzed data for market reports. Eric holds a Master's degree in New Media from Peking University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from National Taiwan University of Science and Technology.
