Jesse Chao

Jesse Chao is an experienced professional in the technology and telecommunications sectors, currently serving as the Head of Global Affairs in the Chairman's Office at Foxconn since March 2021, focusing on developing next-generation communication strategies. Previously, Chao held various significant roles including Board Member at Asia Pacific Telecom, CTO and Head of Sales and Operations at Ayla Asia Networks, and co-founder and CTO at XENIRO. Extensive experience includes program leadership in 5G automation at Ericsson, where Chao drove machine learning-based solutions and developed a self-learning platform for data centers. Other noteworthy contributions include founding the MiCloud IaaS at MiTAC Information Technology Corp. and serving as CIO for multiple subsidiaries within MiTAC Inc., alongside leading substantial projects in the transportation industry. Chao holds an MBA in Management Information Systems from National Chung Cheng University and a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Statistics from Tunghai University.
