Tony Chen is an accomplished business development professional with extensive experience in the technology and electric vehicle sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Business Development at Foxconn since April 2021, Tony Chen leads the expansion of the Southeast Asia EV business, forming strategic partnerships across Taiwan, Thailand, Indonesia, and Malaysia. Prior to this role, Tony Chen held key positions at Butyl Corporation, Motorola Mobility, Catchy Inc., and HTC, where accomplishments included driving significant revenue increases, managing multi-million dollar product lines, and pioneering innovative market strategies. Tony Chen holds an MBA from the China Europe International Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from California State University, Fresno.
