With a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Hanoi University of Mining and Geology, Van has seven years of experience as a qualified product quality process engineer, specializing in manufacturing operations, project management, and supplier coordination. Prior to their current role, Van worked as a System Management Engineer at FPT Corporation and served as a Production Manager at SEGYUNG HITECH Co., Ltd. Currently, they are a Senior Failure Analysis Engineer at Foxconn, where they lead root cause analysis for Google Pixel device failures and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product reliability.
