Xiaolan Lei

Xiaolan Lei is currently an Administrative Coordinator and Communications Specialist at Foxconn, where they oversee multiple high-value projects and have established a bilingual communications platform between U.S. and Taipei offices. In 2024, Xiaolan co-founded the Chinese Student Basketball Association while previously serving as a Lead Associate in Marketing and Public Relations for the Northeastern Chinese Basketball League. They earned dual bachelor’s degrees in Communication Arts and International Studies from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and completed a Master of Science in Digital Communication at Northwestern University. Since 2021, Xiaolan has successfully organized numerous Chinese-American basketball events, fostering relationships across the basketball community in the U.S.
