Janie Rafoth

Janie Rafoth has worked in a variety of roles since 2015. In 2015, they co-founded, managed, and taught lessons at Volleyball Lessons. In 2016, they worked as a Data Analysis Intern at Beard Pension Services, Inc, where they proactively identified and implemented a scaled/standardized storage solution for client information and attended external client meetings. In 2017, they worked as a Creative Assistant at Simply Bliss. In 2018, they worked as an Intern at WealthStone, Inc. and as a Commercial Finance Intern at Huntington National Bank. Since 2019, they have worked at Foxen, where they have held the roles of Implementation Manager - Strategic Accounts, Account Executive - Midwest Region, and Account Manager.

Janie Rafoth received their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Capital University in 2023. Prior to that, they attended The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business from 2015 to 2019, where they earned a BSBA, majoring in Finance and minoring in Entrepreneurship. Janie's educational history began at Canfield High School, which they attended from 2011 to 2015.
