Patrick McBride

Patrick McBride has over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry. In 2005, they began their career as a Principal at The Walnut Group. In 2010, they became a Managing Partner at Manhattan Partners. In 2013, they Co-Founded and became Managing Partner of Coastal Ridge Real Estate, a vertically integrated multifamily real estate investment, development, and property management firm with over $3.7 billion in AUM and 850+ associates. In 2019, they Co-Founded and became a Board Member of Foxen. In 2021, they became an Investor and Board Member of TruLiv Co, a platform that uses machine-learning and data-informed insight to source, underwrite and close deals at scale.
