Jyaes has had a long and varied career in process and system management, with a focus on improving productivity and efficiency. They began their career as a business analyst with Detmold Group, before moving into a project lead role. In this role, they were responsible for leading various supply chain improvements and performance initiatives.
In April 2020, Jyaes took on the role of Implementation Lead at Detmold Medical, in response to a shortage of personal protective equipment for Australia's healthcare workers. In this role, they were responsible for implementing Detmold Medical's supply chain systems and processes at both the start-up and operational phases.
From October 2020 to March 2021, Jyaes was Program Lead for Systems & Business Improvement at SARAH Group. In this role, they led implementations and continuous improvements with a focus on enhancing whole of business productivity and efficiency, and enabling better performance and outputs. They also oversaw the Improvement Program related to systems, processes, and change for SARAH's ERP, Financial, and Information systems.
