Amar Kumar

Amar Kumar is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as a Senior Chef de Partie at Foxhills Club & Resort since February 2022. Previously, Amar held the position of Chef de Partie at Travel Food Services Pvt Ltd from February 2021 to November 2021 and at Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts from November 2017 to August 2020, where the role was also Chef de Partie and demi chef de partie, respectively. Amar began a culinary career at Taj Hotels as a Commis Chef from May 2013 to November 2017 and completed an internship at Hilton Hotels & Resorts in 2012. Education was attained at G.I.M.S, completing a Diploma in Hotel Management and Catering Technology from 2010 to 2013, alongside earlier schooling at St. Michael School, Jamalpur.
