Michael Wheeler

Michael A. Wheeler, Esq. is the President and Chief Legal Officer of Patriot Software, LLC, with over 17 years of experience in this role since July 2006. In addition to serving as Corporate Counsel and President, Michael oversees legal processes and corporate acquisitions while maximizing efficiencies across Patriot Software and its subsidiaries. Michael is a Class I Bank Director on the Board at Consumers National Bank and has been a Board Member for FoxHire since May 2014. Previous experience includes a role as Customer Service/Research Associate at LexisNexis in early 2006, where Michael provided legal and financial support to clients. Michael holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Akron School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Mount Union.
