FoxRed Data is a Databricks-first recruitment business, built to support organisations and partners running data and AI at scale.

We work exclusively within the Databricks ecosystem, helping partners, Heads of Data, and platform leaders hire field-ready Data Engineers, Solution Architects, and AI specialists who can deliver in real production environments — not just on paper.

Our approach is partner-led and outcome-driven. We take time to understand how Databricks is sold, delivered, and operated inside each organisation, then identify talent that fits the platform, the operating model, and the commercial reality. Our work is shaped by real partner delivery — including building Databricks teams that have supported live customer implementations from day one.

What differentiates FoxRed Data is depth over volume. We are embedded in the Databricks ecosystem, working closely with partners and practitioners, which gives us access to proven specialist talent that isn’t visible through generalist recruitment channels.

Whether you’re scaling a Databricks practice, strengthening a delivery team, or making a critical hire ahead of growth, FoxRed Data acts as a trusted, informed hiring partner — not a transactional recruiter.
