Jeff Smith is an experienced engineering professional with a career spanning over two decades in facilities management and engineering roles. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at FoxRock Properties since December 2023, Jeff previously held the position of Chief Facilities Engineering Manager at Hobbs Brook Real Estate LLC from May 2020 to December 2023. Prior roles include Senior Chief Engineer at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, Chief Engineer at CBRE/New England, Operations Manager at Samuels & Associates, and various engineering roles at CBRE New England and Building Technology Engineers. Jeff's extensive background combines leadership in engineering operations with hands-on experience in maintenance and facility management, supported by an education from Peterson School of Engineering.
