Tom Baker is the Founder of Foxtek, established in April 2018, a specialist talent provider focused on connecting exceptional IT talent in the Netherlands with innovative companies across various sectors, including Fintech, Healthtech, EV Charging, and Green energy. Previously, Tom held multiple roles at g2 Recruitment Solutions Ltd from July 2010 to January 2018, culminating in the position of Sales Manager, where Tom managed the largest sales team in Bristol and expanded operations to London, emphasizing the recruitment of IT and Engineering freelancers in the UK and mainland Europe. Tom's educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Management Studies from the University of Leicester, completed in 2010.
