Simon Harris is a seasoned data engineer with extensive experience in data management and software engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Data Engineer at Foxtel Group since April 2021, Simon is responsible for optimizing a Redshift data lake, designing data-sharing deployment services, and developing a machine learning operations environment. Previously, Simon spent over thirteen years at IBM in various roles, including Senior Software Engineer where Simon led the development of an AI Collaboration Platform, and Senior Performance Engineer roles focusing on optimizing Big SQL and performance strategies for Integrated Data Management.
