Jesse Yoder, PhD, is an experienced data engineer and scientist with a strong background in genomics and biophysics. Currently serving as the Lead Forward Deployed Engineer at Foxtrot Services since August 2025, Jesse previously held positions at Biobot Analytics as a Staff Data Engineer, and at Palantir Technologies and DCI Solutions where notable contributions included leading the development of a genomic sequencing pipeline. Prior experience includes managing operations at IMCA-CAT, focusing on data automation in high-performance environments, and conducting postdoctoral research at Columbia University Irving Medical Center on glutamate receptors. Jesse holds a PhD in Molecular Biophysics from The Johns Hopkins University and dual bachelor's degrees in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, and Chemistry from Goshen College.
