Jasper N. has a diverse work experience within the hospitality industry. Jasper started their career in 2003 as a Manager-in-Training at The Peninsula Hotels and then worked as a Captain at Lettuce Entertain You Restaurants. In 2010, they became a General Manager at Francesca's Restaurant Group before transitioning to the role of Food & Beverage Manager at PUBLIC, an Ian Schrager Hotel in 2012. In 2013, they joined LM Restaurant Group as a General Manager & Assistant Director of Catering and then became a Senior Operations Manager at FIG & OLIVE in 2014. In 2015, Jasper was promoted to Director of Operations - Adult Beverage Division at Mariano's and also took on the role of Principal at Hospitality Consulting Group. Jasper continued to advance their career and became an Advisor at Maple & Ash in 2017. Currently, Jasper holds the position of National Director of Operations Services at Foxtrot.

Jasper N. has obtained a Certified Sommelier (Level 2) degree from the Court of Master Sommeliers and a Certified Specialist of Wine (CSW) degree from the Society of Wine Educators.
