Roxana A. Roman

Roxana A. Roman, P.E., is a Senior Water Resources Engineer at FOXXSTEM, a position held since January 2024. Prior to this role, Roxana served as Assistant Vice President Civil Engineer at WSP USA from February 2021 to September 2023 and worked as a Senior Water Resources Engineer at RK&K from December 2009 to February 2021. Additional experience includes serving as Chief Engineer at Soltesz DC LLC from August 2015 to October 2017, Drainage Engineer at HNTB from February 2008 to March 2009, Project Engineer at Bowyer Singleton & Assoc. Inc. from October 2005 to January 2008, and Hydraulic Engineer at the US Army Corps of Engineers from March 2002 to October 2005. Roxana holds a Master's degree in Water Resources and Environmental Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, both from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez.
