Lance Stephens

Lance Stephens is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in sales and business development across various financial institutions. As Senior Vice President at First Pacific Advisors since April 2018, Lance leads business development initiatives and oversees sales across broker/dealer channels in the Midwest. Prior to this role, Lance served as Midwest Sales Director at First Eagle Investment Management from 2006 to 2017, where significant contributions were made to enhance sales and assets under management in the region. Lance’s earlier positions include Regional Sales Manager at M&T Bank and Calamos Investments, where leadership in sales efforts and market growth for mutual fund products and separately managed accounts was demonstrated. Lance holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance and Marketing from Augustana College.
