Byron Heffer is the Vice President at Ferguson Partners, where they focus on guiding online English teachers in their career journeys. With previous roles including Executive Search in Asset Management at Drayton Finch and Research Associate at Ferguson Partners, Byron combines extensive experience in talent management with a robust academic background. They hold a PhD in English Literature from the University of Sussex, where they also served as a Doctoral Tutor and Associate Tutor, leading workshops and marking assessments for undergraduate students.
