Ceci Chavez

Ceci Chavez is a Project Manager in Ferguson Partners’ Chicago office and a member of the Leadership Consulting team. Her role is focused on ensuring project timelines run smoothly and she is the liaison for Leadership Consulting.

Ceci joined our team with experience as an executive assistant, supporting a C-level executive at a global design and architecture firm. She has over 10 years of administrative experience across various fields such as e-commerce and creative consulting.

A graduate of DePaul University, Ceci holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Communications, specializing in public relations. In her time off, Ceci enjoys road trips, spending time in nature, and exploring vintage shops.
