Lara Gartner

Lara Gartner serves as the Managing Director and Head of the Healthcare Real Estate Practice at Ferguson Partners since May 2025. Previously, Lara held the position of Director of Talent Acquisition at Ventas, Inc. from January 2022 to May 2025, and earlier at the same firm from August 2013 to July 2020. Lara has also worked as a Director at Centre Lane Partners, LLC, and MindSpring Partners LLC, where responsibilities included recruiting, business development, and mentoring. As the Founder and Managing Partner of Gartner Partners LLC from August 2004 to August 2011, Lara focused on recruiting senior leadership in finance and accounting. Earlier experience includes serving as Director of Research at Martin Partners. Lara holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations from The Ohio State University.
