Will Parker

Will is a Vice President at Ferguson Partners Europe, based in the firm’s London office. Will specializes in project and people management, supporting the firm’s Executive Search Team in verifying information and sourcing candidates for prominent corporate positions. He is actively involved with the execution of searches and provides client management support for a wide range of mandates. His work to date includes coverage of assignments with public and private property companies, investment managers, private equity firms, developers and advisory firms in the UK, Continental Europe and the Middle East. His dedication to conducting meticulous research and updating client and candidate information advances the closure of the firm’s mandates.

Will began his career with Ferguson Partners in 2017, serving as a Search Coordinator and then Head of Research before earning a promotion to Vice President. As Head of Research, Will oversaw the European research function and trained new employees to compile accurate information for reports. Will also assisted with Executive Search by placing candidates in mid to senior-level investment, development and finance positions.

Will earned his Bachelor’s degree with Honours in Chemistry from the University of Manchester. In his free time, Will enjoys cooking and playing and watching sports, especially cricket, rugby, football and sailing.
