Jon Deragon

Jon Deragon is a seasoned design leader with extensive experience in user experience and product design. Currently serving as the Head of Design at FPT Software since April 2020, Jon has effectively built and scaled the largest design team in Vietnam, comprising over 140 professionals across various design disciplines. Prior roles include UX Director at In Marketing We Trust, Head of User Experience at Adayroi.com, and Lead UX Architect at Lazada Group, among others. With a career spanning over two decades, including a long tenure as President at Visca, Jon has demonstrated expertise in delivering user-centered design services for major global brands across multiple industries.
