Thao Dang

Thao Dang is a skilled project manager with a robust background in software project management. Currently employed at FPT Software since January 2023, Thao leads project planning, monitors team activities, and resolves conflicts to ensure project success. Previously, Thao served as a Junior Project Manager at Nexus FrontierTech, where responsibilities included stakeholder communication, business issue analysis, and product delivery within tight timelines. Thao's leadership experience includes serving as Vice President of the Students Association at the College of Management, NSYSU, where innovative event organization was achieved despite the challenges posed by the Covid pandemic. Thao holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration focusing on Human Resource Management from National Sun Yat-Sen University and a Bachelor’s degree from Université de Toulon, showcasing a strong academic foundation in business administration.
