Javier Cisneros

Javier Cisneros, P.E. has been with Fort Pierce Utilities Authority since January 2000, holding various positions including Director of Utilities / CEO, Director of Utility Support Services, Supervising Engineer, and Assistant Supervising Engineer, with responsibilities spanning the Electric, Gas, and Communication Systems. Prior to this, Javier served as GIS/CAD Tech at LBFH, Inc. from 1997 to 2000 and participated as a member of Leadership Class 30 at St. Lucie County Chamber of Commerce in 2012. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering with a focus on Engineering Management from the University of Central Florida (2010-2013), a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the same institution (2003-2005), and an Associate of Arts and Associate of Science in Civil Engineering from Indian River State College (1995-2002).
