Samuel M.

Samuel M. has an extensive background in human resources, currently serving as Conseiller RH - SST/Rémunération/RT at Fédération québécoise des municipalités (FQM) since July 2025. Prior to this role, Samuel worked as a Conseiller en ressources humaines at Arjo from May 2023 to July 2025 and as a Technicien en ressources humaines at Soucy from April 2022 to May 2023. In terms of education, Samuel is currently pursuing a Master en administration publique with a focus on Développement des ressources humaines et organisations at ENAP - École nationale d'administration publique, expected to be completed in December 2024. Samuel also holds a Baccalauréat in Psychoéducation from Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières, completed in 2021.
