Ryan Baxter

Ryan Baxter serves as the Human Resources Manager at FR8 since October 2021, bringing extensive experience in human resources management from previous roles. At IMPACT - World Vision India, Ryan held the Human Resources Manager position from December 2014 to September 2021, overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, staff care, compliance, and capacity building. Prior to that, Ryan worked as a Relations Associate at World Vision India from July 2012 to November 2014. Ryan's educational background includes a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources Management and a Postgraduate Diploma in Computer Applications from Loyola Institute Of Business Administration, as well as a Master of Social Work and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Loyola College.
