Johan Bergström Ring

Johan Bergström Ring has a diverse background in public service and finance. They served as a Desk Officer for Gender Equality and Regional Policy at the Ministry of Labour and the Ministry of Industry Trade and Labor from 1997 to 2000. Following this, Johan worked in various roles at Handelsbanken, including Analyst in Capital Markets, and held positions at the Ministry of Defence of Sweden from 2007 to 2014. They later became Head of Unit at FRA from 2014 to 2018, moved on to work with Cyber and Hybrid Issues at Sveriges ständiga representation vid Europeiska unionen, and ended their tenure at FRA as Kontorschef in 2022. Johan holds a degree in Political Science and Business from Uppsala University, which they completed in 1997.
