Alex Querfurth possesses extensive experience in product management and support across various industries. Currently serving as Product Support Leader at FRABA Group, Alex has successfully established processes and built a global support team. Previously, in the role of Product Manager at the same company, responsibilities included managing key customer relationships and overseeing product launches. Prior to this, Alex held positions at Ströer Media AG, focusing on project management and lifecycle management in the transition to LED technology. Early career experiences include roles at EFI - Electronics for Imaging GmbH as a Field Service Engineer and positions in data analysis and IT support. Alex holds a Master of Engineering in Industrial Engineering with Business Studies and a Diplom-Ingenieur in Photo Engineering and Media Technology. Additionally, foundational vocational training as an electrician complements a strong academic background.
