In-depth experience encompassing 38 years of cementing design, fracturing design and quality control implementation and other oilfield experiences.  Active in oil and gas investing in the Permian Basin.  Richard came into the Permian Basin with the Schlumberger Companies, Weatherford International, Independent pressure pumping companies, Ely & Associates Corp. and individual energy investment with Permian Basin Operators.  Experiences encompass all oilfield various fluids, energized fluids and Industry proppants. Frac Commander services are reservoir performance focused.
