Jonathan Gilmore is a seasoned entrepreneur and leader currently serving as Co-Founder and CEO of Fractal, an innovative operating system for human-machine organizations that utilizes machine learning to enhance task orchestration and governance. Previously, Jonathan co-founded Polygo, focusing on training simulations to address organizational skill gaps, and played pivotal roles in strategy and operations at Founders Forum and Founders Factory. Additionally, Jonathan founded More Than, an arts production company that redefined diverse art experiences. A National Arkwright Scholar, Jonathan's early recognition in engineering was supported by Surrey Satellite Technologies. Jonathan holds a BSc Hons degree in Economics, Finance, and Management from the University of Bristol.
