Gilbert Amine is a Senior BMS Architect at Fractal EMS, driving the "Made in the USA" initiative for domestic battery management systems design and manufacturing since May 2025. Previously, as Director of Product Engineering at Lithium Werks, leadership was provided for BMS ideation and development within Reliance Industries' New Energy Business Unit in India. At Inventus Power, Gilbert served as Senior Hardware Engineering Manager, overseeing high-voltage battery platforms for light electric vehicles and energy storage systems. Earlier roles include Engineering Manager and Senior Electrical Engineer at Lithium Werks, where contributions were made to battery module development and management, as well as technical advancements at Microsemi and Zarlink Semiconductor. Gilbert co-founded Rochelle Communications Inc., serving as CTO and establishing the company as a significant player in the CTI industry. Gilbert holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
