Fractal Pediatric Capital is a specialized investment and growth partner focused exclusively on pediatric and maternal-fetal health. We invest in and support companies building the next generation of pediatric healthcare infrastructure, including AI/ML-enabled platforms, digital health solutions, precision diagnostics, and therapeutics — targeting chronic conditions and perinatal care.

We partner with founders, clinicians, and operators to scale solutions that improve outcomes for children and families while addressing some of the largest and fastest-growing markets in healthcare. Our approach goes beyond just capital. We work alongside our partners to accelerate growth through strategic guidance (e.g., regulatory, GTM, reimbursement), operational support, and long-term alignment, from early validation through scaled adoption.

We are not an impact fund. Our strategy is grounded in strong market fundamentals: large addressable markets, recurring reimbursement-driven revenue, and value-based care models that reward early intervention and cost reduction. We believe pediatric healthcare represents a structurally underinvested sector with compelling opportunities for both financial returns and meaningful impact.
