Paul Freeman

Paul Freeman is an experienced leader in hardware testing and product engineering with a diverse background spanning several prominent technology companies. Currently serving as the Director of Hardware Test at Fractile since August 2025, Paul previously held the position of Director of Product Test and Diagnostics at Graphcore, where the focus was on core competencies during the company's growth. Earlier roles include Product Engineering Director at Graphcore and ownership of PF Consulting (UK), providing consultancy in semiconductor manufacturing. Paul's extensive experience includes significant contributions at NVIDIA as Silicon Operations General Manager for modem products, and a leadership position at Icera where approximately 15 million modem chipsets were sold. Additional roles at Broadcom, Element 14, Agilent Technologies, and STMicroelectronics demonstrate a strong foundation in product engineering and technical consultancy, complemented by a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics from The University of Manchester.
