Rayan Rafay, CFA has extensive experience in finance, investment management, and entrepreneurship. Rayan is currently serving as the COO/CFO and Co-Founder of Fraction, a finance company that aims to empower people to live and age with financial freedom. At Fraction, Rayan has successfully built and scaled the company, developed new products within regulatory frameworks, and managed HR/People operations in multiple countries. Under their leadership, Fraction has achieved over $200 million in origination within just 18 months of launching.

In addition to their role at Fraction, Rayan is also an Advisor at Acre, where they provide strategic guidance and expertise. Rayan is also a Co-Founder of Shalifay, where they manage a portfolio of residential real estate investments and makes seed and pre-seed investments in FinTech, SaaS, and Consumer Products.
