Build a business that creates wealth. Not just revenue.

Fractional FM is an outsourced CFO practice for owner-managed and growing businesses. We bring finance director-level leadership — structured financial discipline, strategic oversight, and clean, reliable reporting — at a fraction of the cost of a full-time hire.

Most small businesses settle for the basics: books, returns, payroll. We provide the financial management beyond compliance that every growing business needs but few can access: management accounts, budgeting and forecasting, IFRS-aligned reporting, tax strategy, capital planning, and the guidance owners need to make confident long-term decisions.

Our work follows the Financial Control System™ — a clear path from Compliance to Optimisation to Development to Wealth, giving owners Confidence, Control, Growth, and Legacy.

Services: Management reporting · Bookkeeping · Budgeting & forecasting · Annual financial statements · Tax planning, preparation & advisory · Payroll · Company & trust registration · Statutory & secretarial compliance · Financial advisory.

Founded and led by Jacques du Preez — AGA(SA), Registered SARS Tax Practitioner, Commissioner of Oaths — with 18+ years across agricultural, technology, and media sectors.
